Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive campaigns that resonate with our audience and clients.

YOUR PROFILE

— 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing management.
— Ability to work independently and drive the marketing effort; you will be the only marketing employee and need to confidently consult and lead marketing efforts, advising clients, colleagues, and designers on best strategies.
— Experience working for external clients and internal startups.
— Proactive, knowledgeable, and able to communicate ideas and approaches well.
— Pragmatic with time and efforts, able to allocate time wisely between different projects and choose the most impactful directions.
— Comfortable with initiating projects and working without available data at the start.
— Intermediate+ English level.

YOUR TASKS

— Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the company and clients.
— Create and manage campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, PPC, SEO, content marketing).
— Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal results.
— Manage client relationships, serving as the primary contact for digital marketing initiatives.
— Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
