We are looking for a Product Owner to lead our no-code development team in building custom vertical finance solutions, define the product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure our product solutions meet industry standards.
- Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for vertical finance solutions, aligning product goals with overall business objectives and market requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements specific to the financial sector.
- Develop detailed product specifications and user stories for the no-code development team.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, impact, and feasibility.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of features.
- Create visual workflows, process maps, and user interfaces to display automated processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Communicate product updates, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the development cycle.
- Oversee the testing and validation process, collaborating with QA teams to define and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Work closely with other departments, including R&D, marketing, sales, pre-sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination across teams.
- 5+ years of experience in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial processes and analysis, accounting and regulations.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Business/System Analyst role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Experience creating workflows, process maps and system diagrams and understanding of analysis tools and techniques (SWOT, root cause analysis and others).
- Hands-on experience with no-code development platforms (e.g. Creatio, etc.).
- Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience maintaining a product backlog, writing user stories, planning sprints and conducting retrospectives.
- Organizational and project management skills to oversee the development lifecycle and strong analytical skills and critical thinking to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations and data management concepts. Knowledge of UX principles.
- Ability to conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the product.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and business writing).
