Senior Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join the team of our Client from DACH region – one of the leading system specialists for the planning, construction, and operation of control centers and call centers for emergency medical services, fire brigades, and police forces, as well as for industry and transportation. The Company is using the next-generation control center software suite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop fully automated system tests and tools for test automation
• Actively participate in the development of modern web-based control center software
• Proactively contribute to team meetings (Story refinements, Plannings, Retros)
• As a team player, bring a spirit of innovation and enjoy working actively and comprehensively with software development teams and product management

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Automation or Software Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing automated test solutions
• Proficiency in using the Cypress framework for end-to-end testing of web applications
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, with the ability to write robust and maintainable test scripts
• Experience with version control systems, preferably GitHub
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating test automation into these processes
• Ability to work in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Cross-Functional Team)
• Good communication skills
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
• EU citizenship
• Ability to attend on-site workshops in Austria
