Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Fill out application forms, gather documents from internal departments, register back offices, etc.;
  • Support daily relations with providers and clients, communicate with their internal teams;
  • Create integration tasks and provide all necessary information to start integration to the product manager and developer;
  • Support the KYC and compliance process during application in both ways, adjusting the company's website to meet the provider's requirements;
  • Assist a financial team and operations team in escalating their requests to the provider's management and Team Lead;
  • Negotiate with current providers for fees and conditions favorable to the company;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as antifraud, operation, and development to ensure seamless coordination and alignment;
  • Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction;
  • Ensure a high level of client service, support other stakeholders and resolve clients' complaints and concerns promptly and effectively;
  • Manage correspondence with Payment Providers regarding KYC and legal aspects in case of a change of Legal entity on the client's side.

We need your professional experience:

  • 3+ years as an account manager or similar position in PSP or payments;
  • Upper intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
  • Experience in communication with foreign customers or providers;
  • Understanding of KYC and compliance procedures;
  • Knowledge of what is corporate cash flow, income, expenses, online payments technical integrations, funnels, and flows;
  • Advanced MS Office, Google Search, Similar Web, task tracking, cloud storage user.
