SMM Design Team Lead

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM design;
• Experience in a leadership or management role within a design team;
• Know how to design not for design’s sake, but to solve business problems;
• Ability to implement ideas both independently and delegate;
• Attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management;
• Strong understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, composition;
• Strong knowledge of the design following tools: Figma, Photoshop.

Will be plus:

• Strong understanding and interest in sports;
• Experience in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Task distribution among team members, monitoring deadlines, participating in concept discussions;
• Reviewing design of visual concepts: social media posts, promotional materials, email newsletters, identities, etc;
• Initiating projects for the development of visual element templates; finding more efficient tools and approaches; automating tasks;
• Generating ideas to improve graphics and branding;
• Reviewing new components and updating design systems and brand books; writing and maintaining technical documentation;
• Preparing and presenting the team’s work results; collecting data and generating reports on completed projects and team performance;
• Mentoring the team; newcomers onboarding;
• Conducting 1-2-1 meetings with designers;
• Developing templates.
