- 7+ years of background in software development
- Proven experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or similar leadership role in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Proficiency in front-end development using React
- Competency in back-end development using Node.js
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to Have
- Skills in Python
- Experience in designing and building microservices architectures
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high levels of collaboration, productivity, and code quality
- Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions
- Actively participate in coding, development, and implementation of front-end applications using React
- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js
- Utilize AWS services for deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in the software development process and technology stack
