Senior/Lead Front-end Engineer (React / NextJS)

Project Overview:

This large enterprise project is intended for internal use by company employees and partners. The project consists of several interrelated sub-projects on which separate teams work. The development involves many integrations with the company's internal and partner services.

Front-end Tech Stack: 

React / NextJS, Typescript, TailwindCSS, Javascript. SWR, Socket.io.  

What you'll do:

1. Define the overall direction of project development, focusing on the Front-end aspect.
2. Design the architecture of the Front-end, providing guidance to the Front-end team on implementation methods for various functionalities.
3. Review and validate tasks from the customer, collaborating with the project manager to assign tasks to the Front-end team.
   
4. Assist in providing estimates for project tasks.
5. Review design deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements, providing feedback and consultation to designers as needed.
   
6. Collaborate with the Back-end team to ensure seamless integration, specifying requirements for the back-end to support front-end functionality.
   
7. Work closely with the QA team to ensure the functionality meets project standards.
8. Participate in front-end code refactoring, conduct code reviews, and oversee the formation of releases.
   
9. Maintain close communication with the project manager to discuss organizational matters and plan future features.
   
10. Provide guidance to DevOps on front-end infrastructure requirements, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability of applications.
    
11. Engage in direct communication with the client, discussing and justifying technical decisions and solutions.
    

Skills you have:

1. Extensive expertise in React / Next.js (Priority).
2. Strong Proficiency in TypeScript.
   
3. Proficiency in JavaScript .
   
4. Hands-on experience with TailwindCSS.
   
5. Knowledge of SWR (Stale-While-Revalidate).
   
6. Experience with Socket.io.
7. Leadership & Collaboration, Communication & Problem-Solving skills.
   
8. Upper-Intermediate+ English communication am writing level.

Recruitment process:

- Pre-Screening Interview with Recruiter (up to 30 minutes).

- Tech interview with Tech Lead (around 1 hour).

- HR and PM interview (around 1 hour).
