Technical Writer

Would you be interested in working for a multinational company? As a part of the Customer Documentation team, you will create customer documentation for next-generation software products and solutions. Your role will focus on technical communication projects, including technical documentation content and graphics creation. As a Technical writer, you will need an excellent grasp of English. Technical understanding and investigative information-gathering skills will prove invaluable as you work alongside technical experts on complex products.

We are waiting for your application if

·       You have a Degree (BSc/MSc) in the area of English language, communications, computer science, information technology or telecommunications (or an equivalent qualification)

·        You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in such a role

·        You have a proactive, can-do attitude; a self-motivated personality and innovative spirit; and the ability to cope with tight deadlines.

·        You can work independently, as well as in local and global (virtual) teams, including international colleagues.

·        You have efficient communication and information-gathering skills.

·        You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, commonly used software, and Technical Communications tools. 

·        You have a flexible attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to different projects and tasks.

Requirements

·        You have a head start if You have experience in creating technical documentation for customers

·        You have a basic understanding of the telecommunication and software industry

·        Use of MapCap Flare or oXygen or another similar collaborative tool

·        Knowledge of JIRA, Git and Confluence

·        Familiarity with Agile working
