Job is full-time and fully remote within standard working hours in Ukraine inside international team (Sweden+Ukraine) with daily standups, video calls and team collaboration in mattermost.
Candidate should have at least strong pre-intermediate english level with strong self-motivation and passion for high-quality solutions.
3+ years of software testing experience
Technical skills:
Knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, standards and practices
Experience testing web/mobile applications
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of QA in it
Experience in creating test documentation: test plans, test cases, checklists, bug reports
Understanding and knowledge of web technologies/protocols (CSS, HTTP, SSL, JSON, AJAX)
Experience with API testing, in particular using Postman (creating cases and collections for testing)
Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, etc.)
Experience using source code control tools (e.g GitLab)
Using Developer Panel for testing and debugging
Full QA life cycle, methodical and analytical approach to testing, attention to details — a must have
Responsible, detail-oriented, independent and highly productive individual. Initiative, excellent learning ability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills to interact with development team, project managers and other stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
Knowledge of spoken and written English at the Upper-Intermediate level
Would be a plus:
Experience with the Qase test management system for writing and maintaining test cases and checklists.
Basic knowledge of test automation tools (Java — Selenium)
Knowledge of Swedish will be a big plus.
Examples of duties:
Performing manual testing of web interfaces and administrative platforms.
Writing and maintaining test cases and test scripts in Qase.
Identify, log, thoroughly document and track errors
Perform thorough regression testing after debugging
Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect density and number of open defects
Evaluate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products according to customer needs
Monitoring the results of the debugging process
API testing using Postman (creating and running collections for testing).
Using the Google Chrome developer panel to analyze and debug web pages.
Using BrowserStack for cross-device testing.
Register and track defects in Jira.
Cooperation with developers to solve the problems found.
Participation in the development of automated tests (if relevant skills are available)
