Business Analyst

We are Brightech, an international product IT company that develops products for the US logistics business.

One of our main projects is the TMS project – a transport and logistics management system that coordinates the interaction of dispatchers and drivers, tracks routes and cargo.

Main duties:

• Collection and analysis of requirements, interaction with interested parties (clients, users, project managers);
• Documentation and modeling of processes;
  
• Analysis and problem solving;
  
• Participation in the development and implementation of solutions;
  
• Project documentation management;
  
• Data analysis and reporting;
  
• Continuous improvement of business analysis processes and adaptation of new practices and tools to improve the quality of work.
  

We expect from you:

• Experience in the position of Business Analyst from 2 years;
• Excellent skills in collecting, analyzing and documenting business requirements;
  
• Ability to model business processes and develop specifications (BPMN, UML or other methods);
  
• Understanding the architecture of information systems and the basics of software development;
  
• Ability to work with Jira, Trello, Confluence;
  
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools, including Excel and BI systems (for example, Power BI, Looker Studio);
  
• Knowledge of the principles of system integration and working with API;
  
• Intermediate level of English.
  

It will be a plus:

• Work experience/ understanding of logistics;
• Understanding of UI / UX and understanding of working in Figma.
