Hello! We are a review platform team in the iGaming niche with a partner monetization model, featuring a product that is growing faster than the market.

We are looking for a Sales/Affiliate Manager to boost our B2B product sales. We have already established direct sales funnel processes and products that generate five-figure monthly revenues for the business, providing value to partners, and are ready for scaling now.

In our team, we believe in the value of continuous innovation to enhance player experience and maximize our partners' success. That’s why we create the most comprehensive and accurate catalog of games, brands, and bonuses for players, game providers, and operators, with users across 150+ countries and in 50 languages. For our partners, we offer transparent conditions for attracting targeted traffic and consulting to increase ROI.

BRIEFLY ABOUT ECOSYSTEM PRODUCTS AND FIGURES

•        A catalog of brands in the iGaming niche with a partnership/ad model for monetization (B2B2C – paid by B2B, used by B2C; we have a single brand with numerous localized domains and a TrustPilot rating of 4.5 from over 600 users).

•        An email channel with over 350k subscribers growing by 15% each month.

•        A player community in the implementation phase.

•        Over 1,000 partners targeting worldwide (with a focus on Tier-1).

•        Our own platform and development team that continuously improves it.

Your responsibilities will be:

•        Negotiate with partners – correspondence, online and offline meetings, and participation in international conferences.

•        Work with existing sales funnels and products and optimize them.

•        Contribute to the creation of new products and collaborations that will provide value to partners and users, and drive business revenue growth.

What we expect from you:

•        A proven track record in direct sales – strong presentation skills, a win-win partnership mindset, speed and proactivity, and the ability to systematically close deals worth tens of thousands of dollars with a multi-million dollar business mindset.

•        A desire for a high-paced environment, exploring the limits of your capabilities, and achieving impactful results.

•        Experience in highly competitive niches in sales, affiliate, or business development roles targeting Tier-1 markets.

•        Spoken English at least B2 level (you can express your thoughts freely and feel confident that you are understood).

•        Experience working in the iGaming niche from an affiliate position (will be a plus).

•        Experience in product development based on business development results (will be a plus).

Stages of the hiring process:

•        Stage 1: Online meeting with the TL and recruiter (up to 2 hours).

•        Stage 2: A test task focusing on getting to know the product and your train of thought.

•        Stage 3: Final interview and job offer!
