- Work on benefits development and administration;
- Coordinate payroll process;
- Manage HR analytics;
- Process HR budget;
- Work on grading development for employees and follow trends in salary ranges;
- Ensure C&B processes are working correctly;
- Consult employees on corporate processes and policies;
- Manage ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, 1C: Enterprise 8.3, Google spreadsheets, and other office software;
- Experience with foreign markets;
- English level not lower than Intermediate.
