Lead Full-stack developer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Full-stack Team Lead to guide our technical team and drive the expansion of our platform into new markets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 developers, fostering a high-performance environment with a focus on technical excellence and mentorship.
• Shape and implement the technical strategy, contributing innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, conducting product demos and ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Drive product improvements and implement best practices for scalability and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript.
• Experience with public cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, MongoDB, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with blockchain in production environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English (B2+), with strong communication skills for client demos and stakeholder interactions.
