The Opportunity

We’re looking for an empathetic and result-oriented Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. This is a highly visible role that spans multiple global touch-points, including Client Relationship,  Process Excellence, and Project Management.

The project is focused on the design and delivery of the platform solution for one of the world’s leading creative advertising brands. The concept of the platform can be described as a cross-organizational “operating system,” a centralized hub for distributed innovation. The platform will become an entry point for different target audiences keen on using their own and third-party digital products while contributing to the development of new applications.

Qualifications

Must have :

  • 3+ years of process management experience as a PMO, Project Manager, Change Manager, etc.;
  • Servant Leadership and team motivation experience;
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities, such as the ability to proactive solutionizing in order to tackle existing process challenges, incl. problem research, context elicitation, stakeholder engagement, etc.;
  • Hands-on experience in stakeholder management and client relationship building in complex environments;
  • Consulting skills, incl. problem research, context elicitation, stakeholder engagement, etc.;
  • Hands-on experience in documenting processes and Agile development methodologies;
  • An ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty;
  • Exemplary execution discipline/culture;
  • Consulting skills, such as the ability to elaborate ideas and explain technical concepts in a simple way, and convey technical visions to business people;
  • Advanced English;
  • International expertise and perspective.

Nice to have:

  • Technical experience or background.
  • Agile Facilitator role in a complex process environment

Responsibilities:

  • PMO coordination and project management of scrum teams within a large account;
  • Manage customer expectations, hold internal contributors accountable for their commitments & deliverables, and proactively follow up with process participants;
  • Ensure the quality of the process and deliverables;
  • Remove bottlenecks, escalate and resolve issues;
  • People management.
