We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Game Development and VR team and conquer new challenges. You will join the team and handle client requests, manage the pre-sale process and deal closure.
- Focus on outreach and external engagement channels other than marketing
- Responsible for coordinating the overall pre-sales process, from initial contact of potential customers until contract execution stage
- Effectively work with assigned pipeline of potential requests, evaluating the most prospective opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to convert them into business
- Prepare proposals, RFI/RFPs, commercial offers, tender documentation, presentations as part of deal conversion journey
- Present N-iX relevant services, expertise and portfolio in a professional manner to address prospects’ interests
- Keep an accurate database of developed sales artifacts and maintain proper and systematic CRM records (Salesforce)
- Tightly cooperate with internal company units/stakeholders and follow established processes to ensure the smooth project sales and kick-off
- Act in compliance to all Company Policies & Procedures
- 5+ years total working in sales, business development direction/or in delivery in a customer-facing role (directly involved in customer communication, qualification, needs understanding, able to construct clear messages and work on sales strategy within a presales team), experience working in Game Development Outsource/Product companies
- M.S./M.A. degree. Additional courses or education is a plus. Experience of abroad education (i.e. undergraduate year, exchange, MS degree etc) is a plus.
- English — advanced
- Excellent deep knowledge of software life cycles (SDLC), software engineering methodologies and frameworks, how IT outsourcing works, cooperation, and billing models.
- Deep knowledge of game development life cycles, methodologies and frameworks is a big plus
- Knowledge of estimation techniques and ability to transform the latter into sales quota
- Knowledge of most common services/cooperation models in IT outsourcing business and corresponding billing models
- Distinguished level of competence in customer needs identification, deal qualification, and customer focus. Superior in establishing relationships with key stakeholders of the client
- Understand company priorities from the perspective of strategies, goals, and terms and conditions on which cooperation setup must be implemented
- Able to act as an independent stakeholder from N-iX side to close the deal if necessary
- Experience working with procurement, and legal
- Distinguished skills in negotiations (including the ability to speak of N-iX contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients, conduct negotiations, and identify risks)
