SMM Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy, build our brand’s online presence, and engage with our community. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with TerraForce Software’s business goals and values.
• Manage and grow our social media profiles, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Create engaging, informative, and relevant content that resonates with our audience and showcases our expertise in software development and process optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content for social channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and tools to improve social media strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus.
