We are excited to announce the launch and growth of our new office in Poland. To make this journey a success, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Development Manager located in Warsaw to join our team and lead the establishment of our sales department in this new location.
Your main responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing a B2B sales strategy tailored to the Polish market and achieving financial sales targets;
• Identifying and building relationships with potential clients and partners in Poland;
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to determine priority sales opportunities and industry-specific trends;
• Handling inbound inquiries, organizing meetings, and preparing customized commercial proposals;
• Proactively seeking out and engaging new clients and partners through networking, outreach, and events;
• Supporting business processes by leveraging Atlassian products and offering tailored solutions to client needs;
• Preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and strategic reports specific to the Polish market;
• Utilizing CRM systems to manage sales pipelines, track leads, and ensure accurate data entry for Polish clients;
• Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies, campaigns, and support;
• Collecting and analyzing client feedback to continuously improve the sales process and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on the Polish or European markets;
• High level of Polish and English languages (both — spoken and written);
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and client relationships;
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to tailor solutions to diverse client needs;
• Familiarity with local business practices and market;
• Ability to establish trust and build long-term relationships with clients and partners from scratch;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, tailored to cross-cultural interactions;
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets;
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on market trends;
• Analytical mindset for understanding client needs and aligning them with business goals;
