Data Analytics Specialist (Strong Junior/Middle)

We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist with a results-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. If you have experience in general data analytics, proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python, and a keen interest in AI model validation, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What you will do:

● Evaluate and enhance validation methods to maximize the Validation Team’s efficiency and impact

● Continuously improve AI model quality assessment standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability

● Ensure transparency in AI model testing by keeping internal and external stakeholders informed about ongoing processes, objectives, and execution strategies

● Explore and implement faster, more effective validation analysis techniques to optimize performance

● Support the growth of the Image Recognition platform, contributing to its expansion and reinforcing its position as a global market leader

● Provide validated, high-quality data that Product, Engineering, and Commercial Teams can trust for accurate reporting and decision-making.

Expectations from candidates:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines

- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, working with large datasets and performing validation, statistical process control, and root-cause analysis

- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Python, with experience in data validation and model assessment; knowledge of GitHub is a plus

- Hands-on experience in production data analytics, implementing process improvements to enhance overall data quality

- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to set success metrics and measure impact to ensure focus on high-value activities

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, maintaining composure under pressure

- A collaborative approach, working with cross-functional teams to improve validation processes and optimize AI model performance.
