DevOps

We are seeking an E-commerce DevOps Engineer to join our Group E-Commerce IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and monitoring complex applications in a high-availability environment. You will also focus on improving CI/CD pipelines and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. This position reports to the E-commerce DevOps Team Lead and requires availability for monthly travel to the Czech Republic for team meetings.🗝Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and improve the Azure environment using Terraform (IaaC)
• Participate in the creation and enhancement of Dockerfiles
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Develop and maintain highly available, high-performance, and secure applications on Kubernetes
• Work on platforms for monitoring, logging, and orchestration of Docker applications
• Perform systems deployment tasks, including design, installation, capacity planning, upgrades, and configuration
• Ensure IT security by managing patch updates and performing system backups
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with enterprise systems in collaboration with subject matter experts and vendor support technicians 

📎We Expect From You:

• Proven hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Expertise in deploying and orchestrating containers using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of version control solutions (Git, SVN, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Azure Pipelines
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Experience in building, updating, and managing Docker images
• Strong understanding of microservices deployment and management
• Ability to create solutions for monitoring, logging, security, and scalability
• Knowledge of networks, firewalls, and load balancers
• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Experience with one of the major public cloud providers (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting
• Fluent English for daily communication; Czech or Slovak is a plus
