Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the turbine production facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize production processes for T-40 and T-150 turbines.
• Monitor performance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead the establishment of the production facility in coordination with headquarters.
• Supervise construction or modernization of production infrastructure.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and manage a team of specialists and production managers.
• Launch T-40 mass production and T-150.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing production operations in heavy machinery or energy sectors.
