We are hiring an experienced Account Manager for our business partner. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth of the assigned portfolio of the Company’s clients, and ensuring that clients make the most of their experience with us. Your goal is to achieve high client satisfaction and retention while helping clients achieve their strategic goals using our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate new client expectations and develop communication schedules to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver regular service and quarterly business review (QBR) meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Initiate project kick-offs, monitor project status execution internally and externally, work with PMs of the projects to ensure successful project execution and closures.
  • Conduct exit interviews, manage service wrap-ups, and develop re-engagement strategies based on feedback from departing clients.
  • Execute rates reviews and coordinate with finance on invoicing and payments to ensure financial accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Perform clients stakeholders research, engage in outreach activities, and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities through business research. Develop account plans for the assigned portfolio and execute upon them.
  • Generate leads and opportunities on the assigned portfolio, develop relevant proposals for identified clients' business needs and manage the full sales cycle of such opportunities.
  • Manage contracts (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and payment term renewals in collaboration with relevant teams at Deveit.
  • Design and execute regular CSAT events for Deveit’s clients and follow up on feedback to address any issues. Document and process client incidents if any, and work towards efficient resolution of escalated issues.
  • Obtain references, and collaborate on case studies with the marketing team to highlight client success stories.
  • Work with CRMs to keep the clients information and cooperation with Deveit up to date.
  • Report to the CEO of the company per established schedule and on-demand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT outsourcing services sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with sales tools (lead generation, CRM, outreach and others)
  • Upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

Ability to travel. Estimated required travel time: 1 business week per quarter.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role (Scrum Master, PM, etc).
