Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements and creating a technical specification (TS) for the development of Admin Panel 2.0:
- Interacting with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
- Analyzing current processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Developing and agreeing on detailed TS for the development team;
- Acceptance of the Admin Panel 2.0 according to the project scope.
- Adapting game texts from English to social English:
- Translating and adapting game texts considering the specifics of social language used in casinos operating under the sweepstakes model;
- Ensuring cultural and contextual appropriateness of the translated materials.
- Gathering requirements and creating TS for internal projects:
- Analyzing the company’s business processes and gathering requirements for internal projects;
- Developing detailed specifications and TS;
- Supporting and coordinating internal projects from concept to implementation.
Requirements:
- 2 years of working experience as a Business Analyst in IT companies, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry
- Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation
- Skilled in using project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
- Strong technical writing abilities
- Experience in translating and adapting content for specific audiences
- Proficient in data analysis and process modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High level of adaptability and flexibility
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
