Our client is developing a hacking and attack simulation platform to help organizations test their security posture.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of critical product features with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
- Act as a key architect in designing robust and secure software solutions that align with our business goals.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and developers to refine software designs and improve our development process.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain hands-on involvement with our technology stack, including Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redis, MongoDB, AWS, Kafka, NX, and React.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality and contributing to the continuous improvement of our practices.
- Lead by example in adopting advanced technologies and techniques in software development.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience, with proven expertise in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redis, MongoDB, AWS, Kafka, NX, and React.
- Strong experience in software architecture and design, capable of leading development efforts on complex projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence other team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- A track record of significant contributions to the development and success of robust software applications.
- English level — Upper-Intermediate and/or higher.
