In 2025, we are actively scaling both our projects and dream team. To strengthen our Retention Marketing Department, we are looking for a Middle Retention Manager.
- Analyze customer behavior and individual segments to develop the most relevant offers for users.
- Manage the customer base at the segment level and top behavioral groups.
- Develop, execute, and oversee regular customer retention and engagement campaigns in line with company goals and KPIs.
- Design, implement, and monitor personalized customer offers based on lifecycle and LTV: onboarding/development/retention/reactivation.
- Automate regular retention campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of business hypotheses, evaluate results, and apply insights.
- Create and manage cross-functional requirements for retention campaigns.
- Develop and execute a retention activity calendar.
- Analyze and optimize the retention funnel, focusing on OR, CTOR, Delivery Rate, Conversion Rate, ARPU, RFM, LD, Retention Rate.
- Implement customer retention projects and monitor their performance.
- Conduct research and work with analytics results.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional product team.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of key Retention metrics: Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Reactivation Rate, Conversion Rate, LTV.
- English level B1 or higher.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience working with Excel.
- Experience in customer segmentation and personalized offer development.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as customer.io, Smart Sender, etc., as well as email design tools like Stripo.
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
