In 2025, we are actively scaling both our projects and dream team. To strengthen our Retention team, we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager.
- Manage email communications for the product (strategy implementation and marketing planning).
- Work with other direct communication channels (SMS, web push, on-site/in-app notifications, messengers).
- Develop and implement trigger-based omnichannel communication based on strategy.
- Execute A/B testing (setup, optimization, analysis).
- Set tasks for design and copywriting, approve, and format templates.
- Analyze and optimize communications based on channel metrics.
- Implement strategies to expand a relevant subscriber base and increase communication coverage.
- Maintain email channel reputation and find solutions for any emerging issues.
- Develop and maintain communication flow documentation.
- Set up, warm up, and monitor email domains.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML/CSS, email frameworks (AMP for email, MJML, etc.).
- Experience in using multiple communication channels within a single customer journey.
- Hands-on experience with ESP platforms (FastTrack, Customer.io, etc.).
- Knowledge of design tools (Figma).
- Experience in email domain management.
- Proficiency in automating campaigns.
- Experience in Email Marketing and Retention within the iGaming industry.
