IT Project Manager / Team Lead

Our e-commerce company Resteq is looking for a Project Manager/ Team Lead responsible for the development and maintenance of our existing IT infrastructure. We are searching for a specialist who ready to join our team in Warsaw.

🚀 What will you do?

• Design, implement, and develop IT solutions to ensure business stability.
• Monitor and maintain IT system functionality, administer remote servers.
• Develop detailed technical specifications for developers, DevOps engineers, and administrators.
• Coordinate API expansions and parsers for marketplace integrations.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance and security.

💡 Our ideal candidate:

• Speaks Ukrainian or Russian.
• Has 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and e-commerce.
• Has understanding of API integration and business process automation. Familiar with Agile methodologies and has experience leading teams.
• Has knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Has experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
