The Role:
Currently, we're looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team and help expand our client base for both our staff augmentation services and AI products. This is an opportunity to work with a global team and contribute directly to our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential clients through research and networking
- Present our staff augmentation services and AI solutions to prospects
- Understand client needs and collaborate with delivery teams to create tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in AI and tech staffing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT staff augmentation or AI products
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Experience with CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
