👉  Hard Skills:

  1. 1+ year of experience in B2B/B2C sales — you understand sales processes, know how to identify client needs, and build effective communication.
  2. Confident handling of large volumes of information — you thrive in fast-paced environments and go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  3. Skilled in phone-based negotiation techniques.
  4. Result-oriented mindset — process is important, but outcomes are your priority.
  5. Fluent spoken English — you feel confident communicating with international clients.
  6. Native-level Ukrainian — required for working with local clients and internal communications.

  1. Proactiveness and persistence — you've faced challenges, but always found a way through.
  2. Organization and accountability — you set priorities, meet commitments, and don’t miss the details.
  3. Excellent communication skills — not afraid to pick up the phone or ask questions.

👉  Would be a plus:

  1. Familiarity with SPIN and BANT methodologies.

🦾  What you’ll do:

  1. Handle inbound requests: calls, signups, live chat — from both Ukrainian- and English-speaking leads.
  2. Qualify leads and assess their fit with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  3. Identify initial client needs and pain points.
  4. Schedule demo calls and pass qualified leads to Account Executives or Partner Development Managers.
  5. Handle early-stage objections and ensure smooth lead handover.
  6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  7. Meet KPIs for lead generation, conversion, and SLA compliance.
