We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage one or more of our client’s accounts and will be the decision maker and focal point between (1) the clients abroad (2) the Ukrainian employees and (3) the management team of Trust.

Description/responsibilities:

(1) Procedures management: Employee onboarding and releasing, weekly and monthly procedures.

(2) HR management (Employee retention): Employee’s 1:1 meetings, handling urgent issues, employee’s anniversary process and salary raise, equipment control, events planning, employees benefit plan execution, presents, weekly happy hours,  health insurance control, charity activity, employees visit abroad, host clients visiting Poland.

(3) Operations management: office management (we rent a coworking with full services inside, but HR should control the coworking and payments for them), searching a new subcontractors upon request in the Polish market (like an insurance company, etc), communication with a client to proceed with open issues. 

Technical must experience:

  • Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) is a must
  • Good MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge

Technical must capabilities:

  1. Strong analytical and communicative skills
  2. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  3. Organized, multitasking, responsibility, willingness to learn
  4. Being a pro-active, positive-minded team-player
  5. High skills of business communication and business correspondence

Would be a plus: 

Working experience in the related field (HR Specialist, etc)
