Lead UI/UX Designer

We are currently looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to join our partner company — TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company developing platforms in the streaming and social discovery space. The TENTENS Tech team has successfully launched dozens of products used by millions of people across almost every continent (except Antarctica — for now).

The marketing team at TENTENS includes:

— Expertise in 10+ Performance Marketing channels including Search, Social, Media, Native, and more

— Extensive and well-established In-house and Affiliate acquisition

— 80+ marketing specialists

— In-house MarTech and Marketing Analytics teams

— A dedicated internal UI/UX design team that specializes in funnel creation and continuously delivers ideas that scale performance marketing

— Proprietary TDS (traffic distribution systems) enabling highly efficient monetization of every click

We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer focused on marketing funnels, who will lead the design team and take full ownership of funnel creation and optimization.

Your challenges will include:

— Transforming the design team and rebuilding design processes

— Generating hypotheses and validating them through hundreds of A/B tests

— Managing the full funnel development cycle — from user need analysis to tracking business metrics and analytics

— Conducting research on competitors’ funnels — both direct and indirect

— Developing new growth strategies to scale traffic acquisition

— Collaborating closely with a strong team of designers, developers, marketers, and analysts

What matters to us:

— 3+ years of experience designing web interfaces

— Expert-level skills in Figma

— Business-oriented mindset — design should drive conversion, not just look good

— Creativity and the ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses

— Experience managing a team (at least indirect management; ideally including hiring, performance, and offboarding)

— Ownership mindset — ability to take projects from 0 to 1
