Employer Brand Manager

Hello!

My name is Ira Franchuk, and I am the Head of Employer Branding at SKELAR, a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses. I could talk endlessly about my passion for the SKELAR brand, my work, and the communication team, which is truly fantastic. They are exceptionally skilled communicators and designers.

According to DOU, SKELAR is now a top-1 IT employer. We are also on our way to making the company a love mark in the Polish market.

Therefore, we are now looking for an Employer Brand Manager, whose main challenge is to make SKELAR a top-of-mind place to work among the target audience in the Polish market.

General challenges of the Employer Brand Manager:

- Participation in the creation and implementation of SKELAR's employer brand strategy;

- General challenges of the Employer Brand Manager:

- Organization of various headhunting initiatives (online/offline) to find and attract target candidates;

- Work on external communities (work with participant engagement and content moderation, generation of ideas for thematic events, budget control);

- Strengthening SKELAR's presence in domain communities through partnerships;

- Preparation of all necessary marketing materials in cooperation with the Communications team (setting the terms of reference for design tasks, working with SMM Manager, media buyer);

- Monitoring and control of target indicators for timely response.

The ideal candidate, in our understanding, has:

- Experience in organizing corporate events;

- 2+ years of experience in creative niches (PR/advertising/SMM/Employer Branding);

- Understanding of the specifics of the Polish market;

- Competent written and spoken English and Ukrainian;

- Proactivity, sociability, initiative, stress resistance, creative thinking;

- Ability to work with deadlines;

- Ability to multitask and perform turnkey tasks;

- Structural thinking;

- Broad-mindedness, well-read, and curiosity.

In addition to our businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation, our charitable foundation created by the company's employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that help overcome the consequences of the war and rebuild Ukraine.
