On behalf of Pontera, SD Solutions is looking for a talented HR Generalist.
We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused HR Manager to lead and support all HR activities at our growing site in Poland. This is a highly diverse role that includes owning global HR processes locally, adapting and implementing them to fit the Polish culture, and ensuring a great employee and manager experience. You’ll be the sole HR representative on-site — responsible for driving local HR operations, partnering with managers, supporting cross-functional alignment, and overseeing the physical work environment. You’ll collaborate closely with the HR team in Israel and the U.S., and play a central role in shaping both the day-to-day and long-term HR foundations at the site.

- Maintain compliance with Polish labor law and serve as the site’s point of reference for legal-related practices
- Lead and implement core HR processes locally (onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, feedback cycles, etc.)
- Drive the adaptation and execution of global HR processes in a way that respects and fits local culture and context
- Ensure all HR activity aligns with company-wide standards and values
- Partner with local managers to help them lead effectively
- Support managers in handling team communication, performance, growth, and well-being
- Promote shared ownership of clear, healthy, and scalable team practices
- Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication with employees
- Promote a strong, inclusive site culture rooted in Pontera’s global values and adapted to the Polish team
- Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day employee questions and feedback
- Lead local recruitment processes in collaboration with an external recruiter
- Conduct interviews and partner with hiring managers (no sourcing or CV screening required)
- Ensure smooth and high-quality hiring practices
- Supervise the Office Manager (Victoria) and ensure smooth office operations
- Ensure the physical workspace supports a positive employee experience
- Be attentive to on-site issues and make sure they are addressed properly — whether directly or by coordinating with others
- Work closely with HR Operations, Welfare, and Workplace Experience teams in Israel
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the global HR team (IL/US) to ensure alignment
- Support execution of global HR initiatives locally (e.g., performance management, compensation cycles, training)
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role is mandatory
- Experience working in a small-to-mid-sized global high-tech or fintech company is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR practices
- Recruitment Experience — including frontal interviews
- Fluency in Polish and a very high level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of ownership, independence, and accountability
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
