About you

Your Profile

You have 5+ years of experience
You are strong in Python Test Automation (using BDD): At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automating tests using Python. Good programming skills.
CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD tools, preferably AWS or GCP, candidates with Azure will also be considered.
Strong Testing Experience: Knowledge of testing and test automation best practices
Preferable: ETL Testing / Data Testing Experience: Proven experience in testing ETL pipelines, data validation, and ensuring data quality. It’s preferable, but we will consider strong candidates without ETL experience.

Your key skills and capabilities

Designing and implementing robust testing automation frameworks
Scripting automated tests and working collaboratively with other engineers in acontinuous build environment
Understanding of cloud architecture principles
Understanding of data engineering
Excellent PyTest and SQL skills
Advanced English skills

We expect you to have some knowledge about best practices in designing and building scalable and performant cloud-native data platforms and be comfortable with testing them.

Project

We are working with several clients, each of them using different cloud vendors (GCP, AWS and Azure).

Our solutions goals are to approach our clients to their data by either:

Build analytical platforms
Improve existing data platforms
Build ETL tools
Migrate data from legacy systems into new tools or data platforms.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for general quality assurance. That includes creating test strategy, designing testing with a focus on test automation, participating in UATs, and closely working with data analysts and engineers to ensure high quality. Help in shaping the QA standards within the company.
