We are currently looking for an HR Operations specialist for our partner company TENTENS Tech.

TENTENS Tech develops platforms in the streaming and social discovery domains. The team has experience successfully launching high-load platforms used by millions of people on every continent (except Antarctica — for now). The company’s slogan "We don’t think limits" reflects both its strategic mindset and the team’s motivation to always go far beyond the horizon.

About the team

TENTENS Tech is looking for an HR Operations to strengthen the HR team. If you enjoy working with large volumes of data, identifying patterns, take responsibility seriously, know how to multitask and balance priorities, remain calm under pressure, and have a good sense of humor — then we’re sure to build a great story together.

What’s important to us:

— Working with HRMS: data input, administration, configuration, generating reports from the system, etc.;

— Strong ownership of projects, attention to detail, proactivity, and persistence;

— Effective communication skills (ability to reach agreements, justify your position with arguments, find win-win solutions, and work with feedback);

— Experienced Excel user;

— High stress resistance and adaptability to change;

— Consulting employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes.

Your first challenges:

— Working with HRMS: data entry, report generation;

— Supporting administrative functions: updating employee information in the HRMS, processing compensations;

— Conducting HR research and surveys, analyzing results and improving processes based on findings, creating presentations;

— Consulting employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
