Senior / Lead React Engineer (Mobile-Focused, Kotlin/Swift knowledge)

We are looking for a Senior or Lead React Engineer with solid experience in mobile development and knowledge of Kotlin or Swift to lead the development of our cross-platform applications. You will take ownership of the frontend architecture and collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mobile and web development using React (and optionally React Native).
• Collaborate with native developers or contribute directly using Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS) when needed.
• Own the frontend architecture, component structure, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate technical decisions and mentor other frontend/mobile developers.
• Contribute to the planning, estimation, and execution of mobile-first features.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through reviews and best practices.
• Work with product managers and designers to turn ideas into high-impact user experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with React/React Native.
• Experience integrating with native mobile codebases (Kotlin or Swift).
• Solid understanding of TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand/MobX).
• Experience with mobile-first or mobile-app-heavy projects.
• Ability to contribute to or review Kotlin/Swift code for platform-specific integrations.
• Understanding of REST APIs, mobile performance, and app lifecycle.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging tools, and performance profiling.
• Strong communication and leadership skills — you know how to lead and not just code.
• Understanding of CI/CD for mobile deployments
• Nice to have Python exp
