We’re currently looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our already-formed, incredibly strong marketing team. This person will scale existing traffic sources, launch new ones, and make high-level strategic decisions. We’re not just looking for someone to do the job — we’re looking for a like-minded partner to help us build something truly big.
The role is full-time, based in Kyiv or Warsaw (office or hybrid format).
– Full ownership of the marketing function — Performance, Creatives, Landing Pages, Funnel Optimization – Scaling marketing budgets while improving ROAS and reducing CAC – Enhancing existing marketing processes and building new solutions to fuel business growth – Setting up seamless collaboration across UA, Creatives, Product, and Analytics teams – Establishing structured testing processes: systematic approach to hypotheses, A/B testing in acquisition, onboarding, and creative concepts – Launching new channels and developing alternative user acquisition strategies (influencers, organic, PR, etc.)
– 4+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in leadership roles (Lead/Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, etc.) – Strong experience in performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) with large budgets – Analytical mindset and ability to work with core metrics: ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention – Understanding of the full-funnel approach: from creative to conversion and payment – Experience in building and growing teams: hiring, motivating, bringing structure – Experience working with Tier-1 markets – English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for working with platforms, analytics, and partners)
