Requirements:
— You already do this — you have real results, live examples, and a portfolio or case studies to prove it
— You’ve built traffic via content (ideally in gaming, apps, or any high-LTV B2C vertical)
— You understand platform mechanics deeply (especially TikTok, IG, Reddit)— You’re a storyteller, a growth hacker, and a content strategist — all in one
— You don’t need managing — you come in with ideas, frameworks, and execution
Responsibilities:
— Own the content marketing strategy across TikTok, IG, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn — with a clear traffic goal
— Lead the production of high-performance short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that converts
— Turn product features, values, and promos into traffic-generating stories and trends
— Identify platform-native mechanics (hooks, memes, drops) that move users from feed → click → register
— Collaborate with Product, CRM, Support to build consistent, value-first narratives— Analyze what drives traffic, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t — fast
