We are looking for a HelpDesk Engineer to join our Infrastructure Department.

What experience and skills are needed for this position?

2+ years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge and experience working with macOS / Linux / Windows;
Strong understanding of network protocols and services;
Experience with Aruba & Mikrotik;
Good communication skills;
Passion for hardware.

Would be great to have:

Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, O365;
English at A1/A2+ level.

Your responsibilities:

Setting up user workspaces;
Installing standard software on users’ computers;
Supporting user computer and equipment issues via the ticket system;
Regular maintenance of office IT equipment;
Handling user requests for hardware;
Ensuring compliance with the Information Security Management System Policy;
Managing hardware inventory;
Organizing online streams for internal events.
