And yes, supporting a legal and transparent market in Ukraine is a must-have — we were the third company in the country to obtain a B2B license for providing services in the gambling industry.

In 2025, we are actively scaling both our projects and dream team. That’s why we are looking for a Middle Service Desk Manager to strengthen our Service Desk team.


✅ Your future responsibilities:


  • Full participation in the onboarding of new employees in Europe (granting internal access, technical onboarding);
  • Technical support for company employees (ticket system tasks, communication via internal messenger);
  • Technical support for the Warsaw office, assisting users on-site upon request;
  • One week per month on-call duty remotely (7 days/nights, communication via Telegram, assistance through remote-desktop apps);
  • Helping with inventory and hardware accounting, purchasing and shipping equipment across Europe;
  • Shipping and receiving hardware for employees, including pre- and post-configuration;
  • Storing equipment at home for quick setup and further dispatch (InPost / NovaPost / DHL / etc).

💪 Your skills:


  • 1 year in a Service Desk / System Administrator / Help Desk position;
  • Computer knowledge at Administrator level;
  • Experience in installing and configuring operating systems (Windows / MacOS);
  • Experience in software setup and data encryption (Bitlocker / FileVault);
  • Computer hardware purchasing experience;
  • Support for computer hardware repair;
  • Ability to perform preliminary hardware diagnostics independently;
  • Knowledge of networks at Confident User level;
  • Ability to work with peripherals.
