About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Email Deliverability Specialist to join our team.
Your primary focus will be to ensure email campaigns land in the inbox, not in spam, by identifying, analyzing, and resolving email deliverability issues across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
— Identify and troubleshoot email deliverability issues across active sending projects.
— Monitor domain reputation, inbox placement, and sender scores.— Perform warm-ups of new mailboxes and configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
— Analyze bounce logs, feedback loops, and spam complaints.— Collaborate with SDR, Research, and Client Success teams to improve campaign efficiency.
— Provide technical recommendations to enhance deliverability (e.g., content, cadence, segmentation).
— Document deliverability incidents and configuration changes in CRM/internal tracking systems.
Requirements:
— 1–2 years of experience in email deliverability or technical email support.
— Solid understanding of SMTP, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, PTR, IP rotation, and inbox placement metrics.
— Familiarity with anti-spam practices, blocklists, and domain/IP authentication.
— Hands-on experience with tools such as Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, MXToolbox, Google Postmaster, or GlockApps.
— English proficiency — B1+ or higher (written and verbal communication).
