We are now looking for an Event & Engagement Specialistwho can level up our internal events, improve their effectiveness, and contribute to boosting employee satisfaction. In this role, you’ll help strengthen TENTENS Tech’s internal communications while growing professionally.

Your future tasks:

Participate in shaping the internal events calendar.
Organize TENTENS Tech events of various formats: corporate online/offline gatherings, team-building activities, entertainment events, and more.
Create content for internal communication channels (Slack, Notion – our internal portal).
Collaborate with internal ambassadors (initiative drivers) on events and activities.
Work on merchandise and gifts: generate creative ideas and closely collaborate with the design team.

An ideal candidate for us has:

2+ years of experience in PR, event management, corporate communications, or office management.
Proven experience in organizing corporate events.
Strong copywriting skills.
Excellent written and spoken Ukrainian.
Proactive, communicative, initiative-driven, stress-resistant, and creative mindset.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects end-to-end.
Structured thinking, broad outlook, well-read and culturally aware.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in multitasking and fast-paced environments.
