Financial analyst

At Softsich, we create large-scale B2B platforms — and now we’re looking for a Financial Analyst who thinks in numbers, spots trends, and speaks the language of data.

Your insights will help us move faster, smarter, and with precision.

Your Responsibilities:

— Analyze key company metrics across departments.

— Monitor expenses and ensure they align with approved budgets and agreements.

— Reconcile platform reports with Tableau data.

— Perform ad-hoc analytics at management’s request.

What We’re Looking For:

— Education: A degree in Economics, Finance, or Data Analytics.

— Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an analyst, preferably in the marketing industry.

— Data Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau.

— Analytical Mindset: Ability to dive deep into data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.

— Communication Skills: Strong ability to present financial information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.

— Team Player: Experience collaborating effectively across departments to achieve shared goals.

— Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and structure.

— Native speaker of Ukrainian
