Senior Back-End Engineer (Go)

Mission & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and help fight fraudsters at scale. In this role, you will develop cutting-edge solutions to detect bots, process massive amounts of data, optimize for sub-millisecond latencies, and tackle challenging transactions that push memory limits.

This is an opportunity to dive deep into AdTech, where terms like VAST, SSAI, and RTB will become second nature.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 3-5 years of development experience in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Strong experience with relational databases—a must!
• Some experience with non-relational databases—a plus.
• Experience working with high-scale, real-time performance challenges.
• A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to own and drive projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
