Senior DevOps Engineer

We're hunting for a Senior DevOps Engineer to keep our developers blazing fast, our production humming, and our AI workloads purring. You’ll sit at the intersection of Platform Engineering, SRE, and MLOps/AIOps—owning the infrastructure that powers thousands of customers (and a few very demanding developers and data scientists). What You Will Do:

● Own the Pipeline: Design, build, and maintain GitHub Actions & Jenkins CI/CD flows that move code from commit to production without drama.

● Platform Engineering: Shape and evolve our AWS-backed stack—ECS, EKS, Terraform, Coralogix, OpenSearch—into a developer-friendly platform that “just works.”

● SRE Guardrails: Keep production healthy through automated observability, incident response, and a fair on-call rotation (~2 evenings a week).

● AI-Powered Ops: Leverage SageMaker, AIOps tooling, and internal ML frameworks to auto-heal, auto-scale, and occasionally auto-brag about our infra.

● Innovation Lab: Prototype and introduce new tech (FinOps, Security automation ,serverless, you name it) that cuts cost or adds resilience—whichever moves the needle harder.

● Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner daily with Backend, Frontend, AI research, BI, and Data teams to unblock, accelerate, and occasionally save the day.

What You Will Bring:

● 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience in high-growth SaaS startups.

● Proven chops with AWS, ECS/EKS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and modern observability stacks.

● Track record of platform engineering that boosts developer productivity and SRE rigor that keeps SLAs honest.

● Comfort automating the boring stuff—bash, Python, Groovy, or whatever gets the job done.

● Strong communicator who can mentor, influence, and occasionally entertain under pressure.

● Bonus points for security know-how, FinOps savvy, or prior ERP/financial-platformexposure.
