We are currently actively scaling our new platform — INSERT.LINK

We are looking for a strong sales manager who wants to grow a product in a complex SEO niche, build sales approaches from scratch, and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities:
— Process inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot CRM.

— Conduct demo calls with potential clients and guide them through the platform.

— Launch and manage outbound sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

— Prepare monthly sales performance reports and pipeline updates.

— Collect and systematize data about client challenges, needs, and buying motivations.

— Create and improve sales materials (presentations, decks, one-pagers) to increase conversion rates.

— Participate in industry conferences and events in Europe and worldwide.

— Reactivate users who have stopped using the platform and drive retention.

— Perform basic keyword research and prepare domain selection proposals for clients.

— The role requires periodic international travel to attend conferences, networking events, and represent the company abroad.

What we expect from the candidate:
 Strong self-driven mindset: the ability to independently identify problems, test solutions, and move deals forward without waiting for instructions or constant support.

— Ownership mentality: if something doesn’t work, you look for alternative approaches, not blockers or excuses.

— Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, SEO, link building, or digital marketing.

— Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a strong plus).

— Confidence in running demo calls and communicating value to different client profiles.

— Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (backlinks, keywords, domain relevance).

— Ability to launch and iterate outbound campaigns together with the marketing team.

— Data-driven approach to sales: ability to analyze results and optimize your own process.

— Fluent English (B2-C1).
