As our products scale, we’re elevating how we communicate value across the company and to the market. This role establishes a clear, structured approach to product communication across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
You will own product updates, launches, and messaging end to end: translate product direction and features into customer-friendly value propositions, build a repeatable product launch framework, and ensure internal teams understand what’s new and why it matters.
- Own customer communications for product updates and releases
- Translate complex product features into clear customer value
- Coordinate product release emails, newsletters, and in-CRM notifications
- Build and manage a product launch tiering framework (Tier 1 / 2 / 3)
- Define launch assets (emails, decks, FAQs, enablement materials)
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Product leadership
- Support Sales with clear messaging and talking points
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content teams on launch campaigns
- Monitor market and competitive messaging in commercial real estate
- Experience in product marketing or product communications
- Ability to explain complex software in simple, customer-focused language
- Experience working with Product Managers
- Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics) or ability to learn quickly
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- High ownership and ability to work independently
