EOS SAR is looking for a Technical Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle — from concept definition to qualification, manufacturing, and delivery.
- Ensure all development activities comply with ECSS, MIL-STD, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality frameworks.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (mechanical, RF-engineers, electronics, thermal, and QA).
- Support and lead project reviews in alignment with customer.
- Ensure proper requirements traceability, documentation control, and change management throughout all project phases.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies to align on technical and contractual deliverables.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development phase.
- Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and milestone summaries to executive management and clients.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems).
- 5+ years of experience managing complex engineering or aerospace/space/hardware projects.
- Proven experience with ECSS standards (E-ST, Q-ST, M-ST), and familiarity with MIL-STD-810, or equivalent.
- Understanding of qualification, verification, and validation processes for flight hardware.
- Experience preparing and conducting PDR/CDR reviews and working with ESA contractors.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, project scheduling, and documentation control systems.
- Proficient in reviewing and interpreting 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English — both technical and managerial.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and make decisions under time and cost constraints.
Would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a space hardware manufacturing or integration environment.
- Familiarity with ECSS-Q-ST (quality assurance) and ECSS-E-ST (engineering standards).
- Understanding of DO-160 qualification standards for airborne or space-adjacent systems.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools.
- Background in systems engineering or product assurance.
- Experience managing international suppliers or distributed engineering teams.
