What experience and skills are required for this role?

1+ year of experience in a similar position
Knowledge and hands-on experience with macOS / Linux / Windows
Solid understanding of network protocols and services
Strong communication skills
Passion for hardware
English level A2+, Polish level A2+

Nice to have:

Practical experience in setting up and supporting online streaming (Google Meet, vMix, YouTube Streaming)
Experience with Aruba & MikroTik
Experience with Google Workspace services
Experience with Jamf Pro and/or Intune
Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM)

Responsibilities:

Setting up users’ workspaces
Device enrollment and initial configuration of user computers
Supporting user hardware-related issues via a ticketing system (Asana / FreshService)
Regular inspection of office IT equipment
Handling user requests related to hardware and software
Ensuring compliance with the Information Security Management Policy
Maintaining hardware inventory
Organizing online streams for internal events
