Director of Infrastructure

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, or Cloud Operations, with a proven track record of successfully navigating a high-pace startup through the growth curve to becoming a stable, sustainable, and reliable global platform.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure for a high-scale platform with tens of millions of Monthly Active Users (MAU).
• Deep understanding of modern SRE principles and experience transitioning teams from traditional "Ops" to "Platform Engineering" models.
• Strong background in Cloud Economics and managing high-volume spend across multiple cloud providers.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top-tier engineering talent.
• Experience with high-load, real-time data environments (e.g., streaming, gaming, or ad-tech).
• Fluent in English; ability to lead a diverse, global team.
