We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant to the CEO who will help organize the daily workflow of the company’s executive. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Warsaw, Poland — office-based position.
The candidate must currently live in Warsaw and be able to work from the office.
- English — advanced level
- Polish — fluent
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Managing the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule
- Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips
- Assisting with document preparation and document management
- Handling email correspondence and communication when required
- Completing various administrative and personal tasks from the CEO
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Supporting the CEO with organizational and operational tasks
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations
- Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills
- Must reside in Warsaw
- Ability to work from the office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and reliability
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle urgent tasks
- Previous experience as an Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Manager will be an advantage.
